The dialog, of which we have been a part(report) in representation of the Constitutional President MANUEL ZELAYA ROSE-BUSHES, began on October seven(seventh) under the patronages and with the accompaniment of the Organization of American States (0EA).In the first meeting there was adopted as consensus the agenda, which first express point was the signature(company) of the Agreement of San Jose, which clearly indicates that the dialog only might be realized concerning(around) the spirit and essence of the mentioned Agreement.By virtue of the condition(state) of obstruction and relative stagnation, provoked our sorrow(despite), in which one finds the dialog at present, we consider necessarily to do the following declaration: FIRST: We repeat that the dialog is the instrument adapted to find an exit to the political crisis for the one that crosses our country, in the frame of the fulfillment of the resolutions of the OEA, of the UNO and the Agreement of San Jose; but it is indispensable that the same one is accompanied by the necessary and firm political will. The negotiating commissions showed good disposition(regulation) on having advanced and to sign seven of eight key points of the final Agreement, in which implicitly is recognized the authority of the president Jose Manuel Zelaya Rosales. Lamentably, last day on Friday, the 16th, the Vice Ministra of fact Marta Alvarado announced publicly that our Commission had broken the dialog, introducing this way the lie and the confusion in the process of negotiation.
